About Bron Jewelry
Bron Jewelry is a jewelry brand founded in 2001. Our jewelry is made with love in our artisanal workshop in Schoonhoven and each Bron gemstone is hand selected. Also our head office is located in Schoonhoven in Naarden Vesting sits our Bron Boutique. In addition, our jewelry can be found at more than 75 fantastic jewelers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As Digital Content Manager at Bron Jewelry, I mainly deal with our visual content. I manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts, take care of the Bron newsletter and am responsible for the media portal.
The challenge
One of our biggest challenges was managing that content. We had been working with an image database for years, but it was customized for us and difficult to keep up-to-date. With all the rapid developments in the online world, we needed a platform that could grow with us. It is essential that we can cleverly provide our dealers and jewelers with the right visual content in the right quality. That is why last year we actively started looking for a more future-proof solution that would better suit our needs.
Experienced partner and a system that moves with the times
We were looking for an experienced partner with an easy to update system to manage our growing amount of visual content. During thorough online research, a colleague came across Comrads' website. Already after the first exploratory conversation, we were excited. A second, in-depth conversation confirmed that feeling. During a customized demo, we were able to experience the capabilities of Comrads' DAM system, and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. What really convinced us was the fact that Comrads' platform was not made specifically for us, but is used by many others. For us, this was confirmation that the system is well kept up-to-date and moves with the times.
Intuitive and natural
At the beginning of this year we started building the DAM system, and since April we have been using it to the fullest. So far we are extremely satisfied with it. We were looking for a user-friendly solution, not only for our own marketing team, but especially for our dealers, people who don't spend all day in front of a computer. Comrads' DAM system works very intuitively and is self-explanatory to use. We have already received a lot of positive feedback from the people using it.
Solution-oriented, fast and friendly
Working with Comrads has been excellent. As the main person responsible from Bron, I really liked that Comrads gave us a clear timetable early in the implementation process, so we knew from the beginning how the process would go and what to expect. Even now that we're actually using the platform, I can contact them very easily if I can't figure something out. I have been given a dedicated email address for Bron, where I can drop all my questions, and I get a response almost immediately. When it comes to more complex questions, we just schedule a call. What I especially appreciate about Comrads is their solution orientation. They actively think with me, respond very quickly and are friendly.
