To provide our website and services in a good way we process (personal) data of our visitors. We do this in accordance with the AVG (GDPR). Through this privacy statement we give you insight into how we process personal data.

We may hold your data at various times, such as when you visit our website, use our services or when you contact us. We may process your data as we seek your consent through this Privacy Notice.

Data that we process
When you visit one of our websites, we store the following data

Non-personalized data:

  • The IP address from which you visit the website or web application.

  • General information about the device you are using to visit the website or web application (type of device, screen resolution, browser version, operating system version, etc.).

  • The website you came from, if you arrived at the website or web application via a hyperlink on another website

  • Through which hyperlink you left the website or web application, if any.

Personal data

  • Forms: if you contact us and/or request information from us by means of one of our online forms, we store the following data of you:

    • Your phone number

    • Your (business) email address

    • Your company name

    • Your first and last name

Purpose of processing
These data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Analyzing visitor behavior to gain insight into the use of our websites and web applications. For this we use Google Analytics and Squarespace.

  • Securing our websites and web applications.

  • Contacting you at your request and sending you additional information. For this purpose, we use the web forms and the CMS of Squarespace.

  • Possibly contacting you in the future because you have previously shown an active interest in our products and/or services.

Google Analytics

  • We use Google Analytics cookies.

  • For this purpose, we have concluded a processing agreement with Google (dated 12 February 2018).

  • We do not allow Google to process your full IP address (last octet of the IP address is masked / Anonymize IP).

  • We have disabled 'data sharing' with Google.

Squarespace

  • Our website is hosted on Squarespace.

  • Squarespace provides us with the online platform and CMS with which we can make our website available to you via the internet.

  • We use the possibility to create web forms through the CMS to collect data if you contact us and/or request information from us (see also 'Personal data' above).

  • Your data will be stored on the Squarespace network and communicated directly to us.

  • We use functional and analytical cookies from Squarespace to analyse website traffic, to make our website operate as efficiently as possible and to ensure that we can offer you the best experience on our website.

Social media

Our website includes buttons to promote or share pages on Facebook, Vimeo, Twitter and LinkedIn. These buttons are pieces of code from the social media themselves and use a cookie. This cookie remembers that you are logged in so you don't have to log in to Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn every time you want to share something. Security of personal data

We are committed to protecting your personal information from loss, destruction, use, alteration or disclosure by unauthorized persons. This ensures that those who have nothing to do with your data cannot access it. We do this by means of the following measures:

  • Securing network connections with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), or similar technology.

  • Access to your data is limited to certain authorized employees.

  • We enter into confidentiality agreements with all employees and third parties.

Provision of personal data to third parties

We expressly do NOT provide your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if your data is lawfully requested in the context of a criminal investigation).

Storage period

We store personal data carefully and no longer than is necessary for the realization of the purposes for which you have provided them to us or to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

The data we collect from you is personal. You therefore have the following rights:

  • You may ask us for access to your data;

  • You may ask us to correct, limit or delete your data. In the event of fraud, non-payment or other unlawful action, we may retain some of your information on a register or blacklist;

  • You may ask us for a copy of your information.

  • You can object to the processing of your data;

  • You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are unlawfully processing your data;

  • You may withdraw your permission to process your data at any time. From the moment you withdraw your permission, we are no longer allowed to process your data.

Changes to the privacy statement

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. If we make use of this possibility, we will place a notification on the websites to which the privacy statement applies. We recommend that you re-read the privacy statement regularly in order to keep up to date with the most recent privacy information.
